Asia Miles by Cathay 4+

I opened the app and it asked me to update, based on trust of your technical team I chose to update BUT I since can’t navigate to any tab (I use the ‘Wellness’ tab daily to track activities) after login. When tapping on Wellness, it signed me out and I cant properly sign in again. What is happening??

Don't understand why such a frequent update is needed, and please understand some people just need this to check their flight booking. It could be challenging to update again and again during their travel (assume most people are travelers, right???), and what makes it so important to force update and not allow the user to view the itinerary??? Please be more user-centric, and it’s a 0-star app until you fix it

When I try to use the password reset function it didn’t work because when I try to type things in the dialogue box it just pops out. Finally understand why it is a 0 star rated app (0 because it forces you to choose at least 1 star which doesn’t reflect the truth) a primary school kid can write a better app. Cathay Pacific a listed company should be ashamed of themselves for launching products like this.
